1. General. This website is operated by TofesBIM. By browsing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — please refrain from using the site.

2. Nature of the content. The content on this site is general, marketing-oriented information about the product we are developing. It is not engineering, architectural, legal or any other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such or as a substitute for a case-specific professional review.

3. The product and professional responsibility. TofesBIM is an assistive tool for checking building models. Its outputs are designed to support licensed professionals and slot into their existing workflows — they are not a regulatory approval, not a permit, and do not replace the judgment, professional responsibility and signature of the licensed professionals, which remain fully theirs.

4. Intellectual property. The content, design, logo, texts and screenshots on this site are the property of the site operator unless stated otherwise. You may view the content and share it by link; copying, reproducing or making commercial use of it requires prior written permission.

5. Third-party trademarks. Product names such as Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks and MagiCAD are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned for identification only, and no sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Site availability. The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it available, but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. External links. Links on this site (such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn) lead to services outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the binding version is the one published on this page, per the update date below.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
