Privacy policy

The principle is simple: this website does not collect personal data about you. It has no forms, no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising — the only cookie it uses is a single first-party preference that remembers whether you're reading in English or Hebrew. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone.

What does happen technically:

✦Hosting — the site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical traffic data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

✦Accessibility preferences — the accessibility toolbar stores the options you choose (e.g. text size) in your browser's local storage only (localStorage). This stays on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and can be cleared at any time via the reset button or your browser's site-data settings.

✦Language preference — if you land on the site or switch language, we set one small first-party cookie (tofesbim-lang) so we remember whether to show English or Hebrew on your next visit. It stores only "en" or "he" — no identity, no tracking, and it is never shared with anyone.

✦Contact you initiate — the email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn links on this site lead to external services governed by their own privacy policies. A message you send us (e.g. by email) is kept so we can handle and follow up on it, and is not used for anything else.

Your rights: processing of personal data in Israel is governed by the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended. Since this site collects no personal data, in practice we hold no database about its visitors. If you contacted us and would like your correspondence deleted — write to us and we will take care of it.

Changes: if we ever add features that involve collecting data (such as a contact form or newsletter), we will update this policy beforehand, and the date below will reflect it.
