The engine reads the code
An encoded Israeli-standard library: accessibility 1918, guardrails 1142, fire safety, shelter rooms (Mamad), plumbing, planning regulations. Every clause verified against the official PDF — 83/83.
Every finding — in 3D
A dimension arrow at the exact spot: measured vs. required, with the clause. The iron rule: FAIL only at full certainty — clause + measurement + attribution; otherwise an honest "verify". Our standard: zero false positives.
Suggested fix, with cost
Every failed check comes with actionable remediation options and a material cost estimate — not just a red flag.
Cross-discipline coordination
ARC + STR + MEP clashes with penetration depth in mm, clustered per real pipe run — not five alerts for one pipe.
Export & submit
A Hebrew compliance report (PDF) with a model snapshot per finding, a standard BCF file for your BIM tools, a quantities workbook (Excel), and a dynamic 0–100 permit-readiness score. The report slots into the submitter's existing filing.
